I'm not posting measurements because this is one of those "by taste" recipes. Whatever your preference is...experiment!
Ms. D's Avocado Chocolate Pudding
1 Avocado
Organic Cocoa Powder
Agave Nector (for sweetness)
bit of almond milk for moisture
1/2 banana (optional)
Blend to a pudding like consistency.

I actually found this recipe in a raw food cookbook! (I aspire to being a raw foodie...it's that cookie dough that's kinda hard to give up...but technically that's raw, no?)

Mmmmm.... I love avocado. I've had something similar to this before, but not in a long time. Now you have me wanting to dig out all that healthy stuff.
