That is SO funny. My husband loves to cook for himself (since the rest of us have food allergies and he likes things SUPER spicy.) A few years back he decided he wanted to make his spicy rice (his rice/tuna/spices concoction) a little spicier. At the time I still stored all my spices together. Several times he experimented with spices only to discoverer the "sweet" spices didn't work so well in his garlic/cumin/chili powder mix. I had to move all the baking spices to a different rack so he could play to his hearts content without such shocking surprises.

He he he! That's very funny.

Ah David- one must surrender gracefully the things of one's youth... like being able to see clearly. Too funny.

Urban Mom

Might be time for some LARGE PRINT LABELS on the bottles?

Tooo funny. U-Dad is the a.m. person in this house. Bounces out of bed at 5:20 and goes all day with no coffee. Sick, isn't it?

Very funny post!

My husband puts cumin in everything he cooks - which drives me crazy - even when it really shouldn't have cumin in it. He claims cumin goes in anything, and that he grew up this way. But I bet even he wouldn't put it on toast.

LOL!!! Bummer, dude.
