Haven't been around much lately....can't say what it is....time, nothing to say (wait. that can't be it...) busy? Or tired of of blogging? I keep thinking I'll take this down and just keep in touch via FB or flickr, but I can't quite let go of the blog...not....quite...hanging...on....
At any rate, I wanted to pop in for all my readers reader and just say that my wonderful online friend (never met the girl, but she is lovely) has started a quarterly magazine for home/un schooling families. Please check out her blog and offer a submission!
Ms. D and I look forward to being regular contributors! So maybe that is my current niche? Who knows, it all remains to be seen.....

I love your blog. There isn't any homeschooling blogs out there that both inspire me and make me laugh at once. I guess it is the summer and we are all outside having a life.

Hi Maria- me too! Are you and Ms D having a good summer? Plenty of rain here and not nearly enough blue skies and summer hols over too fast. E off to high school next week. I ask her periodically if she'd like to be homeschooled but she enjoys school too much. Dratted child!! I'm off to have a look at your link though in case she changes her mind. Bx
